The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, ensure high-quality customer service, manage staff performance, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to handle sales, customer relations, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and customer base.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships and address escalations or service issues promptly.
5. Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management.
6. Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, and adherence to internal audit standards.
7. Collaborate with sales, finance, HR, and operations teams for smooth branch functioning.
8. Support in hiring, training, and evaluating branch employees.
9. Manage inventory, assets, and overall branch upkeep.
10. Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
2. 5–10 years of experience in branch operations, retail management, or sales leadership.
3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and drive productivity.
6. Experience in team management and performance evaluation.
7. Knowledge of local market trends and customer expectations.
